Welcome to the Clint D. Bischoff Attorney at Law website. I began to practice law in 1992 and opened my law practice in Iota in 1997. I began developing my own practice in a wide variety of matters including real estate, personal injury, successions, family law, estate planning, bankruptcies, business law, formation of corporations and limited liability companies, etc, adoptions, oil and gas lease preparation, right of way agreements, and all types of other legal matters. I am dedicated to helping my clients solve problems. I have earned my reputation by focusing on clients and on the best way to solve the problems they bring to me. Over the years, I have handled problems for thousands of clients ranging from matters as simple as one person selling a small piece of land to another to matters as complicated as a wrongful death claim, medical malpractice, and auto accidents.
